Drop in Support Service

This service supports people with an acquired brain injury to live in their own home in the community.  it is provided by New Horizons in Lismore and provides flexible and appropriate support to continue developing and independent living skills.

The target group is:

• People aged 18 - 65

• People who have an acquired brain injury who can function in their family home or independently with support

The services will include:

• Assistance to access the local community

• Building daily living skills

• Development of interpersonal skills

• Assistance sustaining a tenancy

• Help with management of finances
