This NSW Government Funded service is for people with a disability who live in Boarding Houses in Parramatta or Katoomba.

The objective of the service is to maximise the health of these people by coordinating their physical health needs. This will involve doctors,dentists, allied health providers and others.

The local mental health service is responsible for the mental health needs of the people living in these boarding houses.
