Wellbeing. Done well.
New Horizons was founded in 1981 with a vision to be a community leader in valuing people with a disability.
Each year we provide over half a million hours of care to more than 2,000 people in NSW.
We support people to find safe accommodation, seek meaningful employment manage day-to-day tasks, learn new skills, access services, establish networks and connect with the broader community.
It’s all part of our goal to support people with a disability to gain independence and lead productive, fulfilling lives.
