Day 2 Day Living

Day 2 Day Living (D2DL) is a centre-based service in Gosford on the NSW Central Coast.

The centre is open Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. D2DL is part of a continuum of mental health services that operate from the same location in Gosford.

Whilst the D2DL service is free, participantsmay have to cover costs for some organised activities.

How we can support you

• Training in the use of computers,cooking etc.
  
• Centre-based recreation and activities
  
• External outings
  
• Assisting participants to combat isolation
  
• Assisting participants to become more independent

Eligibility

D2DL is targeted at people with:

• A mental illness; and
  
• Are over 16 years of age
