YPIRAC provides a case management service to younger people who are less than 65 years living in residential aged care facilities. New Horizons delivers YPIRAC in Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter, Mid North Coast and Far North Coast.
The focus of YPIRAC is to improve the life outcomes of younger people who typically are living with frail aged persons who may have dementia. YPIRAC is mostly free to clients because it is funded by DADHC.
